ZZNTER reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel course enrolments at its sole discretion if any of the above representations are found to be false, misleading, or inaccurate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership of Content

All content published on the ZZNTER website — including but not limited to blog articles, course materials, lesson guides, written content, illustrations, graphics, photographs, logos, the ZZNTER brand name and identity, taglines, page layouts, design elements, and the overall website structure — is the sole intellectual property of ZZNTER and/or its creator Rishav Sharma, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This content is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other relevant legislation. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of ZZNTER content is a direct violation of these laws and may result in legal action.

This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you and does not permit any form of commercial exploitation.

4.3 Prohibited Uses of Content

Unless you have obtained prior written permission directly from ZZNTER, you are strictly prohibited from:
Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or distributing any ZZNTER content — in whole or in part — in any medium or format.

Selling, licensing, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content from the ZZNTER website
Creating derivative works, summaries, or adaptations based on ZZNTER content and publishing them as your own
Using ZZNTER's name, logo, brand identity, or any associated imagery without written permission

Any such use must be non-commercial, limited in scope, and must not misrepresent the original content or its intent.

4.4 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to ZZNTER — including but not limited to comments, testimonials, feedback, reviews, or messages submitted via contact forms — you grant ZZNTER a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the website. You represent that you own or have the full right to submit such content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

5. Blog Content, Educational Articles, and News

5.1 Purpose and Nature of Blog Content

The blog content published at www.zznter.com/blog spans a comprehensive range of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SMO, SMM, SEM/PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence in marketing, Google Algorithm Updates, and the latest developments in the digital marketing industry.

All blog content is published exclusively for general informational and educational purposes. It represents the research, opinions, analysis, and practical knowledge of the author, based on their professional experience and study of the subject matter. Nothing published on ZZNTER's blog should be construed as formal professional advice — whether legal, financial, business, or technical.

5.2 No Guarantees on Accuracy or Results

While ZZNTER makes every reasonable effort to publish content that is accurate, practical, and up-to-date at the time of publication, we make absolutely no warranties, representations, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding:
The completeness, accuracy, reliability, or current relevance of any information published in any blog post
The results, outcomes, rankings, revenue, traffic, or business growth that any reader may or may not achieve by applying the strategies, methods, or techniques described in our content
The continued availability, pricing, or accuracy of any third-party tools, platforms, or services mentioned or referenced in our articles
The applicability of any strategy or advice to your specific business, industry, region, website, or individual situation

The digital marketing landscape — including search engine algorithms, social media platform policies, advertising platforms, and AI tools — changes rapidly and without notice. Content that was accurate at the time of publication may become outdated. ZZNTER shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on blog content.

5.3 News and Third-Party References

Some blog posts on ZZNTER cover industry news, algorithm updates, and developments from companies such as Google, Meta, Canva, and others. These articles are written based on publicly available information and are intended solely to inform and educate our audience. ZZNTER is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the companies or organisations mentioned in news-based blog content unless explicitly stated.

5.4 AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

ZZNTER believes in full transparency about how content is created. Some blog content may be assisted by artificial intelligence writing tools during the research or drafting process. However, all content is reviewed, edited, fact-checked, and verified by a human author before publication. ZZNTER does not publish AI-generated content without human editorial oversight and judgement.

6. Online Courses — Enrolment, Access, Payments, and Refunds

6.1 Nature of Courses

ZZNTER is actively developing practical, action-oriented online courses on digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and the application of artificial intelligence in marketing strategy. These courses are designed to equip learners with both the foundational knowledge of digital marketing and the modern skills needed to apply AI tools effectively in real-world marketing contexts. Course availability, pricing, format, and content will be clearly communicated on the website at the time of launch.

6.2 Enrolment

When a course is made available for enrolment, you will be required to create an account on www.zznter.com and complete the full payment process. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will be granted access to the course content as described on the course page at the time of your purchase. Completing the enrolment and payment process constitutes a binding agreement between you and ZZNTER under these Terms.

6.3 Licence to Access Course Content

Upon enrolment, ZZNTER grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course content for your own individual learning purposes only. This licence is strictly personal and non-transferable.

You specifically agree that you will not:
Share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Allow any other individual to access the course content using your login details. Distrubute, copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, screen-record, or redistribute any course content in any form or through any medium.

Use course content, materials, or structure to develop, create, or launch a competing educational product, course, or service. Resell, sublicense, rent , or commercially exploit any part of the course in any way.

6.4 Payment Terms

All course fees will be clearly listed on the course page at the time of purchase and will be denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or Instamojo. ZZNTER does not store, access, view, or retain any payment card details at any time. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are the authorised user of the payment method used and that all payment information provided is accurate.

6.5 Refund Policy

Due to the entirely digital and immediately accessible nature of our course content, all purchases are considered final once access to the course has been granted to the buyer. ZZNTER operates a strictly limited and conditional refund policy as described below.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A verified and documented technical error on ZZNTER's platform has completely prevented access to the course content, and the issue has not been resolved within 7 (seven) calendar days of being formally reported to us via email at rishav3228@gmail.com

The course content delivered to you is materially and substantially different from what was described on the course sales page at the time of your purchase.

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations under any circumstances:
  • You changed your mind or lost interest after completing the purchase
  • You found the course content too basic, too advanced, or not aligned with your expectations
  • You did not complete the course or did not use the access granted to you
  • You purchased the course by mistake or accidentally
  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of purchase
  • You have violated these Terms in any way in connection with your course access

To raise a refund request, email us at rishav3228@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase with the subject line: REFUND REQUEST — [Your Full Name] — [Course Name]. Include your order details, a clear description of the specific issue, and any relevant supporting screenshots or documentation. We will review and respond within 5 working days.

6.6 Course Modifications and Discontinuation

ZZNTER reserves the right to update, modify, restructure, or discontinue any course or course content at any time without prior notice. Where a course undergoes substantial updates that improve or expand the content, enrolled students will receive access to the revised content at no additional charge within their active enrolment period. In the unlikely event that a course is permanently discontinued, enrolled students who have not yet completed the course may be offered a partial refund or alternative access at ZZNTER's sole discretion.

6.7 No Guarantee of Outcomes

ZZNTER makes no guarantee, promise, warranty, or representation that completing any course offered on this platform will result in employment, freelance income, business growth, specific search engine rankings, advertising performance, social media growth, or any other measurable outcome. Results depend entirely on the individual learner's efforts, consistency, application of knowledge, market conditions, niche, competition, and numerous other factors that are entirely beyond ZZNTER's control. Any testimonials or success stories shared on the website represent individual experiences and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results for any other learner.

7. Affiliate Marketing — Disclosure and Limitations

7.1 Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

ZZNTER participates in third-party affiliate marketing programmes. This means that certain links on the ZZNTER website — including links within blog articles, tool recommendation sections, and resource lists — are affiliate links. When you click on an affiliate link and subsequently make a purchase or sign up for a paid plan with the third-party provider, ZZNTER may earn a referral commission from that provider. This commission is paid entirely by the third party and does not result in any additional cost, price increase, or financial impact to you whatsoever.

ZZNTER is committed to full transparency regarding affiliate relationships. Where applicable, affiliate links and sponsored content will be disclosed within the content in which they appear.

7.2 Editorial Independence

Our participation in affiliate programmes does not influence the editorial independence, accuracy, or integrity of our content. ZZNTER only recommends tools, platforms, and services that we have genuinely reviewed and believe may provide value and relevance to our audience. The existence of an affiliate relationship with a third party does not imply that ZZNTER officially endorses, guarantees the quality of, or is in any formal business partnership with that third party.

7.3 No Liability for Third-Party Products

ZZNTER accepts no responsibility or liability of any kind for the quality, performance, pricing, customer support, uptime, terms of service, or any other aspect of any third-party product or service promoted through affiliate links on this website. Any purchase you make through an affiliate link is a direct and independent transaction between you and the third-party provider, governed entirely by that provider's own terms, conditions, refund policies, and privacy practices. ZZNTER is not a party to that transaction and assumes no obligations arising from it.

Before purchasing any product or service through an affiliate link on ZZNTER, we strongly encourage you to independently research the product, read the third-party provider's own terms and conditions, and make a fully informed decision based on your own needs, budget, and judgement.

8. Digital Marketing Services

8.1 Service Availability

ZZNTER offers digital marketing consulting and related services including, but not limited to, SEO strategy development, social media marketing, content strategy, paid advertising guidance, and AI-assisted marketing solutions. Services are made available on a project basis or as an ongoing engagement, depending on the client's requirements and the scope mutually agreed upon.

8.2 Service Agreement

Before any digital marketing service engagement commences, ZZNTER and the client will agree in writing upon the specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and fees. This agreement will be documented via email correspondence or a formal service agreement document. No work will begin until both parties have explicitly confirmed the agreed scope and the applicable payment terms have been met.

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing activities involve the use of platforms, tools, and algorithms owned and operated by independent third-party companies such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others. ZZNTER does not own, control, or have any influence over these platforms and therefore cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any digital marketing strategy, campaign, or service.

This includes but is not limited to:
  • Specific positions, rankings, or impressions on search engine results pages (SERPs)
  • A defined number of website visitors, leads, enquiries, or conversions
  • A particular return on advertising spend (ROAS) or return on investment (ROI)
  • Growth in social media followers, engagement rate, or organic reach
  • Any specific increase in revenue, sales, or business performance
ZZNTER will apply its best professional effort, proven strategies, and available tools to help clients work toward their marketing objectives. However, results are inherently dependent on market conditions, competition, client-side factors such as website quality and product offering, platform algorithm changes, and other variables entirely outside of ZZNTER's direct control.

8.4 Client Responsibilities

For any service engagement, the client agrees to:
  • Provide timely and complete access to all required accounts, platforms, credentials, and digital assets necessary for service delivery
  • Supply accurate, honest, and complete information about their business, industry, target audience, competitors, and marketing objectives
  • Respond to communications, review drafts, and approve deliverables within mutually agreed timelines
  • Ensure they own or have the full legal right to use any content, images, branding materials, or other assets provided to ZZNTER for use in marketing campaigns

8.5 Payment for Services

All service fees are agreed upon and confirmed in writing before work commences. Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in a separate written arrangement. ZZNTER reserves the right to pause, delay, or discontinue work on any project if payments are not received in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

9. User Accounts and Sign-In

The ZZNTER website offers a sign-in feature that may be required to access certain content areas, enrol in courses, or interact with specific platform features. By creating an account on ZZNTER, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You will provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times when creating or maintaining your account
  • You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you
  • You will notify ZZNTER immediately at rishav3228@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any actual or suspected security breach
  • You will not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions, exploiting promotional offers, or violating these Terms
  • You will not impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false name or identity when creating or using your account
ZZNTER reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated, if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected, or if required by law or a competent authority.

10. Prohibited Conduct

When accessing or using the ZZNTER website, its content, courses, or services in any manner, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

10.1 Legal Violations

  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or spiders to access, collect, index, or harvest content from the website without prior written permission from ZZNTER
  • Conduct any activity that places an unreasonably large or disproportionate load on ZZNTER's infrastructure, including denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

10.3 Misuse of Content and Platform

  • Reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any ZZNTER content without prior written authorisation
  • Use ZZNTER's name, logo, or brand in any manner that falsely implies an endorsement, affiliation, or business partnership that does not exist
  • Share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide your course access credentials or user account to any third party
  • Use course materials, structure, or methodology to develop or launch a competing course, programme, or educational service

10.4 Harmful Communications

  • Transmit unsolicited promotional or advertising material (spam) through any channel connected to the ZZNTER platform
  • Engage in any conduct that interferes with, disrupts, or degrades the experience or access of other users of the website
ZZNTER reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, and reporting the matter to relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

11. Third-Party Links, Tools, and Platforms

The ZZNTER website contains links to external websites, tools, software platforms, and services operated entirely by independent third parties. These links may appear within blog articles, resource sections, tool reviews, affiliate disclosures, or social media references.

ZZNTER provides these links for informational purposes only and as a convenience to users. The inclusion of any link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, or verification by ZZNTER of the third-party website, its operators, or the products and services it offers.

ZZNTER has no control over the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, policies, or security of any third-party website or platform and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability in connection with your access to or use of any such external resource. You access all third-party links entirely at your own risk and under your own responsibility.

Before sharing personal information on, or making any purchase from, any third-party website linked from ZZNTER, we strongly recommend reviewing that website's own privacy policy and terms and conditions to understand their data practices and service obligations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ZZNTER website, all content published on it, and all services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind whatsoever. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ZZNTER expressly disclaims all warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to:
  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the website will be available continuously, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors at all times
  • Warranties that any defects, inaccuracies, or errors on the website will be identified and corrected
  • Warranties that the website, its servers, or any communication sent from ZZNTER are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive components
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or continued currency of any content, information, or material published on the website

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZZNTER and its creator and operator Rishav Sharma shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following — regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature
  • Loss of actual or anticipated profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
  • Loss of data, goodwill, or business reputation
  • Damages arising from your reliance on any blog article, course content, service, or other material provided through the website
  • Damages arising from unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your data or transmissions
  • Damages arising from any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content published on the website
  • Damages caused by any third-party products, services, or platforms linked to or recommended on the website
In any event where ZZNTER is found liable to you under applicable law, ZZNTER's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to ZZNTER in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payment to ZZNTER during that period, our total liability to you shall not exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such jurisdictions, ZZNTER's liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
